1.What software do I need to view the Moonlight Channel presentations?

1.In order to view the Moonlight Channel presentations you will need to have installed Adobe's Flash Player Version 8 or above.

Flash Player for a number of browsers (approx. 1.3 Mb)can be installed from Adobe's download site.
2.Assuming you have Flash Player V.8 or later, the problem is almost certainly due to your firewall or corporate security systems. Please try Adobe's Port Connectivity Test.

We would also appreciate feedback on any issues or difficulties by email.
3.The Moonlight Channel login is different from the username and password you may have for the rest of the Optical Keyhole web site if you are a subscriber or trial user.

Subscribers and trial users therefore need to sign up to access Moonlight Channel presentations separately. You can use the same username and password for both logins but you must register for both.
4.If you have forgotten your username and/or password, you need to enter your email address (the one you signed up with) here, and the details will be sent to you immediately.
